Sara Riegel is a self-employed consultant with extensive knowledge of non-profit organizations, specializing in financial management, budgets, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. With over two decades of hands-on experience, she has held leadership roles at the national level including Executive Director, Compliance Officer, Director of Finance, and National Treasurer.

Her 14-year tenure at the American Legion Auxiliary -- one of the nation's largest non-profit organizations -- gave her deep insight into the real challenges organizations face: processing hundreds of financial forms, managing complex GL code structures, navigating multi-state compliance requirements, and keeping everything audit-ready with limited resources.
